As stated above, this is the place to introduce yourself and get to know your fellow forumites. I'll start. I'm Rosie, I live in a blue room in a yellow house, and I unhyperbolically consider myself O Human Star's number one fan. Like, I'm sure you like it, but are you the one founding a forum here? Ahem. Anyway. I draw my own comics sometimes, which you may or may not be subjected to at some point, and I play Ultimate Frisbee when not glued to a screen. I may occasionally go by Tigrita on here, but we'll see. What about you?

Hi Admin! This is Z. I live in a yellowish room in a bluish house. I started reading the comic fairly recently but it quickly became one of my very favorite comics, and I have re-read the whole thing probably three times. I am a socially anxious art student with too many pets. That's about the gist of it really.  |

I go by Dryope, I have two babies (one of whom is having a tantrum at this very moment over the fact that there are no cookies), and I play lots of forum RPs. I dig Sailor Moon and Tolkien. I don't read many webcomics anymore, but OHS really drew me in. I am on the edge of my seat, at least in part because the roleplayer in me wants to RP in this setting. Also Brendan and Al remind me very strongly of two characters played by friends of mine, ergo they are The Best.
I don't see any rules around here. Are links to other forums in signatures allowed? ((eta: not because I want to join just to advertise, I do want to talk to people because I freaking love this comic.))

hi thisfox! Oh, are we adding where we found the link from? GOOD POINT. I came from Okazu, a blog about yuri manga/anime. Since the creator recommended OHS I knew I should check it out.

Oh man, I remember finding the comic on Tumblr within a list of artists working together on a project, maybe it was smut peddler? Regardless, I fell in love with the style and setting almost immediately. I haven't been on a for-real message board like this in ages, so I'm interested in seeing a little community build up around here. Get me all nostalgic for the Keenspot forum's golden years. |

Hi guys, I'm going to stick with good old Scrod as I have used it in a lot of places already. I'm older than cheese and had a web page in 1995. I draw and assemble and tweak and create and destroy and fiddle in many different media, none of which has produced any inspiring results(except Shark Attack www.youtube.com/watch?v=ztsA4IUXl_Y). I once got a spam email that said HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE TWICE AS MUCH HAIR? I hit reply and said I wouldn't be able to get my shirt on over my head, thanks. Is that enough information? I like long walks on the beach if it ain't red tide or washed-up dead whale season. |
